You’re tired of second-guessing yourself and repeating the same patterns. Let’s figure out why they keep happening and how to change them.
Sometimes, it feels like your mind never gives you a break. You find yourself overthinking your choices, questioning your relationships, and struggling to feel confident in yourself. Maybe you keep repeating the same unhealthy relationship patterns, wondering why things never seem to work out differently. Or perhaps difficult experiences from your past have left you questioning your self-worth, even when you know you deserve better. You want to feel more secure in who you are and the decisions you make, but self-doubt and constant worrying keep getting in the way.
Maybe your confidence at work rises and falls with how well you’re performing, or you’re feeling pulled in different directions as a mother, partner, daughter, friend, or professional. You might be navigating a major life change or feeling the pressure of family and cultural expectations while trying to figure out what you actually want. Or maybe you keep dating the same kind of person, and after another disappointing breakup, you’re wondering why it keeps happening.
You know something isn’t working, and you want things to change, but you’re not sure how to actually make that happen. You might not realize how much your past experiences are influencing the choices you make today—or why you keep finding yourself in the same situations. Together we can uncover what’s not working and what we can do instead.
You don’t have to keep doing things the way you’ve always done them.
Often, the patterns we repeat come from past experiences or trauma we don’t realize is still affecting us. I believe in a collaborative, creative approach to therapy that helps you understand where those patterns come from and how we can change them. We’ll take things slow at first, getting to know each other and building a relationship where you feel comfortable opening up. You don’t have to come in ready to talk about your past or share everything right away. We can start with what’s happening in your life now and go from there.
As we ease into things, I’ll help you notice patterns and dynamics that may be difficult to recognize on your own. I don’t rely on common coping tools or simply suggesting another breathing exercise.
Instead, I bring creative, new ideas and a different approach to our work, finding strategies that are tailored to you and the changes you want to make in your life.
My goal is to help you feel more confident in yourself and make choices that feel right for your future. Whatever your life looks like right now, we’ll work together to help you move forward. You don’t have to keep doing things the way you’ve always done them. With a better understanding of yourself and what you need, you can begin making different choices and creating a life that feels more like your own.

A little bit more about me…
-
I went to therapy for the first time in my early twenties when I was feeling lost, and it was such a transformative experience for me. It inspired me to go to graduate school and help others experience meaningful change in their own lives.
-
I love being in nature, going on long walks, and spending time with friends and family. I’m also a big reality TV fan, especially Love Island!
-
Maybe You Should Talk to Someone by Lori Gottlieb. It actually helped inspire me to go to graduate school and become a therapist.

Spending time in the sun, being with friends and family, or having some time to myself to feel grounded again.
